Upper Valley Mall is a shopping mall located in Springfield, Ohio north-east of Dayton, Ohio. Built in 1971 by the Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. from Youngstown, the mall features one anchor store and offers four sit down restaurants. The Upper Valley Mall is located on the city's west side just off US-68. The mall was owned by Simon Property Group, an Indianapolis, Indiana-based company. It is currently owned by Urban Retail Properties. The Upper Valley Mall contains . of floorspace, with Sears as the only independently-owned anchor store. ==History== Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation built Upper Valley Mall in 1971.
